Dr. Navdeep Toor is an evidence-based chiropractor who attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) for her four-year post-graduate education in chiropractic care. Prior to her journey as a chiropractor she attended McMaster University where she majored in Kinesiology and received a Bachelors of Science degree. In addition to chiropractic training, Dr. Toor is certified in medical acupuncture through McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program and is a Registered Massage Therapist. She is also certified in Webster’s Technique
Dr. Toor is a diversified practitioner whose main goal is to optimize her patient’s well-being through a holistic approach to health. Her family base practice allows her to treat individuals of all ages from young as infants to expecting mothers to geriatrics. She uses a wide range of treatments and techniques including but not limited to chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue release techniques, electro-acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, joint mobilization/traction, kinesio-taping, supportive braces, activator methods, ergonomic advice, and patient education.
Dr. Toor is an active member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, & McMaster Cotemporary Medical Acupuncture Association.
